My Why...
I founded Element Wellness to bring underserved Physical Therapy services to our community as well as provide a variety of other Wellness Programs and Services.
My dream is to promote health and wellness for our community and provide specialized support for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, and children with pelvic floor dysfunction, among other things. I want to erase the stigma around Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and show that just because you've had a baby doesn't mean you just have to "deal with" the body changes afterward. Our bodies are wonderful vessels that are capable of returning to optimum function, they just need a little help sometimes. 😊
Having given birth to two children myself, I know what it is like to deal with the body, mental, and emotional changes following these experiences and what it is like to seek services for a child needing just a little bit of help to achieve developmental milestones.
I want to be a beacon of hope for my patients, and I love getting to help meet their goals. I look forward to using Element Wellness to achieve this. ☺️

Element Wellness offers Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for both pediatric and adult patients with concerns from constipation and toileting to pain and dysfunction following childbirth with our Specially Trained Pelvic Floor PT.

Aqua Therapy - Pediatrics
Element Wellness offers aqua therapy to benefit pediatric physical therapy patients by enhancing balance/stability, strength, promoting muscle relaxation, and reducing joint load and pain to assist in reaching their goals in a safe and forgiving environment.

Element Wellness offers specialized nutrition services with Jyll Weaver, a Dietary and Nutrition Specialist.

Child CarE Services
Element Wellness offers developmental childcare services for infant and children birth-3yrs of age. Teachers are all degreed in the areas of infant and child development and early education in order to best prepare students for success. Services are available Monday - Friday from 6am-6pm.
